Bathroom has double sinks and the toilet in a closet. Tenants may paint if they don't like the color (paint provided)

Apt #3 East Bedroom

This is the east bedroom - it is a private room. It has 2 small windows, a built in desk, and a fairly large closet.

Apt #3 Middle Bedroom

This is the middle bedroom - it is a private room. It is smaller than the other 2 bedrooms in this apartment but still good size. It has 2 small closets. (access to the furnace is through the closets on the wallpapered wall)

Apt #3 West Bedroom

West bedroom - this is a private room. Has a fairly large closet, built-in dresser, and large window.

Apt #3 Living Room

Living room has 2 fairly nice couches, chair, and a coffee table that lifts to also be very convenient for homework or eating. Has a good size window so it isn't as dark as most basement units.

Apt #3 Kitchen

This is the kitchen in apartment #3. It is also the entrance into the apartment.

Outside Pics

Driveway goes along south side of the house to parking in the back. There are 6 parking spots in the back and usually 2 or 3 parking spots in front of the house for guests. The entrance to apartments 2 and 3 are accessed through the door on the side of the house. The laundry is shared between the units and is located at the back of the house. The covered porch at the back of the house gives some shelter for bikes, etc.

Apt #1 Bathroom

This is the bathroom. This bathroom has 2 showers which makes it nice for everyone getting ready. The toilet is behind the door shown at the end of the vanity picture. Vanity has a large mirror and 2 sinks. Bathroom was recently painted (Aug 2011)

Apt #1 East Bedroom (Private)

At this time I don't have pictures of this room. It has some built in shelves above the bed and an upper shelf, close to the ceiling, that goes around most of the room. There is also an outside door from this room that goes to the parking and laundry at the back of the house.

Apt #1 Middle Bedroom

This is the middle bedroom - it is a shared room. When we took these pictures, the tenants decided to separate the bunk beds. This room isn't as large and really should have the beds together as a bunk bed - it left almost no floor space to have the beds separated. There are 2 doors to the room - one goes towards the living room and the other heads toward the kitchen and bathroom. We have a window mounted swamp cooler unit for the apartment that installs into this window = makes for a nice and cool room.

Apt #1 West Bedroom

This bedroom is a shared room. The beds work well as bunk beds but there is also enough space in the room to separate the beds. There are 2 tall built in bookshelves and a fairly large closet. This room was recently painted (Aug 2011)

Apt #1 Living Room

This is the living room in Apartment #1. The tan couch with the garbage bags on it belonged to a tenant at the time we took the pictures - it is not included in the apartment.

Apt #1 Kitchen

This is the kitchen in Apartment #1. This is the original kitchen in the house so it is fairly large. The picture with all the cabinets shows the doorway to the living room. There is another doorway to the left that goes down a couple stairs and outside to parking and laundry.

New laminate wood floors were installed in May 2010 and stove was recently replaced (summer 2011)
